Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within a 15km radius of Ballarat Central is included in my package prices. Any travel required outside of that radius is an additional $50.00 per hour of travel
How is my gallery delivered?
All galleries are delivered via an online gallery. The gallery will be emailed to you, and you can access the link for up to 12 months. Images can be downloaded from this link to your devices.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
100% if there is something you are after but it's not listed, please reach out! I am open to all questions, suggestions and ideas!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My aim is it have your gallery to you within 2 weeks of your shoot. I hold myself to this standard to trust me I will make it happen!
What are your payment terms?
- Snapshot series is full payment upon booking.
- Extended Exploration + Custom Capture are 50% deposit upon booking with final balance being due 7 days prior
- Event Photography is the first hour payment upon booking with final balance being due 7 days prior
- If I am offering a 'mini session' or 'promo' these are full payment upon booking
What if I have to cancel?
Life happens, we get busy, kids get sick etc. All bookings are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another date providing you give up to 24 hours' notice. Anyone who cancels with less then 24 hours' notice does not get to reschedule (depending on the situation). No shows are not refundable to transferable.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Outdoor shoots I have secret location that is a quiet bush setting (where the kids can run wild). I am more than happy to shoot at most locations you suggest, or I have access to the most stunning studio for an additional fee.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Considering I live in Ballarat - this is a common occurrence. I will keep in touch with you in the days leading up to the shoot regarding the weather. We will make a decision together if we cancel or chance it. If we chance it and its terrible, we will reschedule. Any sessions canceled due to weather will be rescheduled.
